Russischer Zupfkuchen ist wohl einer der beliebtesten Kuchen hier in Deutschland – ich denke mal fast jeder kennt ihn. Er darf eigentlich auf keinem Kuchenbuffet fehlen. Frag mal jemanden aus Russland oder Osteuropa – die werden wohl eher so antworten…. WTF?! ;)

Honestly – these cupcakes are really delicious. Why? Because of the Hazelnut Praliné! The combination of the caramel and roasted hazelnuts is just perfect (praliner [french] = browned in sugar). It is pretty easy to make (just be careful not to burn the caramel) and can be stored for a long time and used for many other things. I actually used it for some other recipes and it made those bakes even better :) READ MORE
