For today’s Cookie Friday I am proud to present you another guest and of course…. cookies! Well, one big cookie cake to be precise, but that one is just gorgeous! Delicious! Stunning! :) A huge cookie (cake) with nutella and loads of chocolate! Stop drooling… I can see it! ;)

As you all know (or at least I hope you all know) – sometimes I invite guests for my Cookie Friday. Fellow bloggers that share my love for cookies! These guest have to bring some delicious cookies of course. Anna from teigliebe.com made a very good decision when she made this huge cookie (cake) with two of my favorite ingredients: chocolate and nutella. Can it get any better? Yes – if the cookie is oversized, ha! I’d say she can come back anytime with a cookie like that, what do you think? Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich bin Anna von teigliebe.com und seit einem Jahr findet ihr auf meinem Blog teigliebe.com viele süße aber auch gesunde Leckereien. Ich liebe es, andere Menschen mit meinem Gebackenen glücklich zu machen. Denn über was freut man sich mehr als über ein Stück Kuchen, dass mit Liebe gebacken wurde und von Herzen kommt? Meine Liebsten haben sich mittlerweile schon daran gewöhnt, dass nichts Gebackenes ohne Foto gegessen werden darf, das ist nun mittlerweile einfach so. Danach ist die Freude dann aber umso größer und der Kuchen schmeckt natürlich auch umso besser.

Kekse liebe ich über alles und freue mich sehr, euch heute ein ganz besonderes Rezept vorstellen zu dürfen.

Lange habe ich überlegt, was könnte auf Marcs Blog passen und was würdet ihr genauso lieben wie ich? Etwas mit Schokolade und Nutella, da würde keiner nein sagen, dachte ich mir. Es sollten aber schon ganz besondere Cookies werden. Also zauberte ich einen ziemlich großen Keks. Ein riesiger Cookie, der so saftig und schokoladig lecker ist, wie kein anderer gewöhnlicher Keks. An einem Freitag darf der Cookie doch auch mal überdimensional sein. Oder was meint ihr? Heute gibt es also einen leckeren Keks-Kuchen mit Nutella von mir für euch.

INGREDIENTS / ZUTATEN

  • English
  • Deutsch
2/3 cup (160g) butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup (160g) brown sugar
2 tsp.. vanilla sugar
some ground vanilla
1 1/3 cups (170g) all-purpose flour
1/2 cup (50g) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
5.3 oz. (150g) semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped
3.5 oz. (100g) Nutella
160g weiche Butter
160g brauner Zucker
2 TL Vanillezucker
etwas Vanille, gemahlen
170g Mehl (Type 405)
50g Kakao
1/2 TL Natron
Prise Salz
150g Schokolade, gehackt (Zartbitter und Vollmilch)
100g Nutella

DIRECTIONS / ZUBEREITUNG

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Mix the butter with brown sugar, vanilla sugar and some ground vanilla until light and fluffy. Add the flour, cocoa baking soda and salt and mix until well combined. Chop the chocolate coarsely and add half of it to the dough and mix in.

3. Line a heatproof pan or baking tin with baking parchment and add half of the dough to cover the bottom. Spread the nutella on top and cover with the remaining dough. Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top and bake for 20-25 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down a bit before serving.

1. Den Backofen auf 175°C (350°F) vorheizen.

2. Für den Keks-Kuchen zuerst die weiche Butter mit dem braunen Zucker, Vanillezucker und der Vanille schaumig rühren. Die restlichen Zutaten dazugeben und gut verkneten. Die Schokolade in grobe Stückchen schneiden. Die Hälfte der Schokostücke dazu geben und kurz verkneten.

3. Eine (ofenfeste) Pfanne oder Backform (ca. 22cm/9 in) mit Backpapier auslegen und die Hälfte des Teiges hineingeben. Nutella darauf verteilen und dann den Rest des Teiges darauf geben. Die restlichen Schokostücke auf dem Kuchen verteilen. Den Kuchen ca. 20-25 Minuten lang backen, aus dem Ofen nehmen kurz auskühlen lassen und anschließend genießen.
