Whether it’s warm or cold outside – I love to cook and eat a delicious Stew with Mushrooms, Beans & Chorizo like this one here all year round! It’s absolutely terrific! Cook it once and eat it for at least two days… reheated stews are often better the second day, right? ;)
Getting something delicious on the table after dinner does not have to take a lot of time. Preparing curry is easy and can be done quite quickly. You throw everything into a pot, season it well and after a short time you can fill your bowls and start eating. What more could you want? This simple (Vegan) Cauliflower & Chickpea Curry is a very good example here – on the table in no time and absolutely delicious!
If all dishes were this simple… Chicken Fricassee with Rice was one of the first dishes I learned in cooking lessons at school. The dish might seem a bit old-fashioned for some people, but for us, it’s still a very tasty dish we make again and again and love to eat! An absolute classic ;)
You can always get me to the table with a tasty stew. A lot of veggies, beans’n’stuff, and maybe some meat too… I love it! This simple Sausage Bean Stew is no different. It tastes so great and is on the table in no time (if you don’t count in the preparation of the beans). What more could you want? A second bowl with stew after the first one has been eaten perhaps ;)
Cooking is fun, but not everybody wants to spend a lot of time in the kitchen to prepare dinner, for example. Whenever I am not really in the mood for a long cooking session, I prepare a simple stew ;) You chop some veggies, throw everything into a large pot and leave it to simmer for a while. Easy to do and not really complicated. This Potato Stew with Carrots & Bell Peppers is the perfect candidate for a weeknight dinner. Simple, delicious and done in about 30 minutes ;)
Goulash and stews are very popular dishes in our house. Though we are not preparing them that often – but when we do, we really enjoy it. This Oven Braised Beef & Mushroom Stew is a variation of a classic Goulash and is done mostly in the oven. That means this dish is extremely uncomplicated to prepare. Sit back and relax and let the oven do most of the work ;P
Hi, my name is Marc. I'm a graphic designer. I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;) Read more...
