Muffins are always a delicious snack between meals. However, when they are as big as these XL Blueberry Cheesecake Muffins, they might be more than just a snack for some people. Delicious extra large muffins with a good amount of blueberries and topped with cheesecake filling. The combination is just awesome! They normally go very quickly when you place them on the kitchen table ;P
We love cupcakes here, even though I have the feeling they have fallen out of favor with a lot of people in recent years. I still think these little cakes are delicious and somewhat practical. They are super easy to decorate, everyone gets their own little cake and nobody has to fight about who gets the biggest – they are all the same. In theory. Of course, there could also be riots if these delicious Blueberry Cupcakes are on the table and there are more people in the room than cupcakes. That’s a disaster in the making ;P
Basque cheesecakes are simply amazing! Super creamy, easy to prepare, and extremely delicious. They usually come »naked« which means without anything added. Just the cheesecake. This one here is different. As you can see here, this Blueberry Basque Cheesecake is not naked. I think it looks very tempting with all those blueberries on top. I guess I am not the only one with that opinion ;P
You need a delicious cake for a coffee date with family or friends, right? It would be only half as fun if the cake was missing. Luckily, I have a lot of recipes here on the blog for such occasions. This delicious Blueberry Almond Coffee Cake, for example. Juicy, crumbly, and delicious – all at once. What more could you want? A coffee to go with it, of course ;)
Loaf cakes are wonderful. Period. They are quick and easy to prepare and (almost) always delicious. Every time there’s a good amount of berries involved – like in this simple Blueberry & Lemon Loaf Cake – it gets even better! Great taste, great texture, and also an extremely moist cake – what more could you want!? (Not using the word »moist« maybe?) ;P
A muffin a day keeps the doctor away, right?! ;) Well, that might not be totally true, but one of these delicious Blueberry Banana Poppy Seed Muffins will make you at least happy. Not sure though if a doctor would approve to eat those every single day. I mean… I would be very happy. How about you? ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
