Eierlikör is a must-have for Easter. Many people say it is something only grannies drink, but I think it is really delicious and can be used in so many ways! And if you make Eierlikör yourself, it is even better!
One thing that has to be on the Easter Brunch/Breakfast table: Carrot Cake! At least when I am involved in the planning. The Easter Bunny has to have something nice too – and since we know he loves carrots – a carrot cake is pretty much obvious :P This year it is going go be a special carrot cake – the 3-in-1 version… ;)
I’ve been to a blogger event last weekend in Hamburg – bloggers do that sometimes to meet other bloggers – and for the free drinks and food :P Events like that are always an inspiration to try out new things… well in this case the meeting was not the reason for making these kale danish – the star of that event was another fruit :P But I will tell you that some other time…
Anyways – where was I? Guess I needed something to start this blogpost – did not work too well…. :P
I know I am going “borderline” here – there are people that like raisins and then there are “the others”. So I guess the chance you gonna like this recipe are 50:50 ;)
I am definitely a person that likes raisins but I have many friends that hate them, so normally I am leaving them out if possible necessary. In this case here – f*** it – I am putting in loads of raisins. Next time even more! ;))
Ok – this is yet another bake for Easter – seems I just can’t stop doing Easter bakes this year ;)
Why do I post this now when everything is over already? Well that’s pretty easy – because I actually made it the day before Easter to have it for Easter – unlike the other bakes I made some time before Easter ;)
Hi, my name is Marc. I'm a graphic designer.
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
