When it comes to cheesecakes we often gravitate to no-bake cheesecakes in summer. They are delicious and easy to prepare. However, do not forget those baked cheesecakes – those are great as well. Basque cheesecakes are simply amazing! Super creamy, easy to prepare, and extremely delicious. They usually come »naked« which means without anything added. Just the cheesecake. This one here is different. As you can see here, this Blueberry Basque Cheesecake is not naked. I think it looks very tempting with all those blueberries on top. I guess I am not the only one with that opinion ;P
Everybody knows them – Oreo cookies have made it around the world and are quite popular everywhere, I think. Tiramisu is probably the most famous Italian dessert. Delicious mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, and a mixture of strong coffee or espresso plus something boozy. When it comes to the boozy part opinions are divided – Marsala, Amaretto, or something completely different?! Some people are quite sensitive if their favorite dessert is prepared incorrectly. This No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake will probably also cause a lot of controversy in the comments. How can you make a cake like that out of a classic dessert? That’s horrible! ;P
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
