I often use American recipes. As we all know, they use a different type of measurement – which is sometimes weird for Europeans. Why using cups instead of the precise weight? Most of my german friends don’t even have cups to measure ;)
Well – nonetheless baking needs precice amounts of ingredients most of the time and since I’m a little control freak I made several list over the years, so I don’t have to search the net all the time when I need to convert from cups to grams.
