Ich liebe Himbeeren! Ich könnte sie ständig essen – am Morgen, Mittags und Abends. Mit allem. Egal was ;) Zu Hause – dort wo ich aufgewachsen bin – hatten wir Himbeersträucher im Hinterhof und als Kind bin ich da im Sommer dann gerne mal mit roten Fingern und Gesicht nach Hause gekommen, weil ich heimlich die Himbeeren geplündert hab. Von meinen Klamotten will ich gar nicht erst anfangen – da waren dann überall rote Flecken drauf :P
Linzer Torte is a famous Austrian cake/tart you can find in many different ways. The pastry dough is always with nuts – that’s where the name is coming from (‚Linzerteig‘). It’s mostly done with almonds, but you can also use hazelnuts which leads to a stronger nut flavor. For the filling you can use almost any type of jam, but the traditionally used filling is red which gives the Linzer Torte it’s typical look. This recipe uses a topping you can pipe to make the typical lattice decor, but you could also use remaining pastry dough and cut stripes… anyways – I hope you like it.
Als ich noch jung war (hüstel) hat meine Mom einen sehr leckeren „deutschen“ Käsekuchen gemacht – hat mit diesem hier mal so garnichts zu tun. Warum ich das Euch dann erzähle? Na ja – ihr solltet einfach mal erfahren, dass meine Mom einen sehr leckeren „deutschen“ Käsekuchen machen kann :P
