If you have been to the US you probably know them already: S’mores. A delicious sweet treat you either love or hate (it’s very sweet and sticky, let’s be honest). To make this treat more suitable for everyone, I decided to incorporate the ingredients into cookies to create sweet and addictive S’mores Cookies! So good!
Are you a fan of Cupcakes? A fan of eggnog? I think those two groups have not that much in common ;) Not yet. Wait until you have seen and tried these delicious Chocolate Eggnog Hi-Hat Cupcakes! They are the best! Especially if you are looking for something “fancy” for Easter. They will be the stars on the breakfast/brunch table ;)

If not, it’s about time ;) Maybe a little Advent calendar, something to nibble on and some Christmas music will do the trick? “Last Christmas” is playing here already all the time, but I guess you can’t hear that ;P So all I can give you is the Advent calendar and some delicious cookie sandwiches. It’s the day of the week again, where everybody is going to work much happier than the other days before – the weekend is basically right “in front of the door” as we say in Germany ;P Time to prepare something sweet to snack on or to surprise somebody, maybe as a little gift when you are invited to a party…. All bullshit! ;P
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
