Macarons are one of the best sweet treats I can think of! They are also my absolute nightmare. Well, almost… vegan Macarons are actually worse ;P They are really bit***s compared to these Chocolate Macarons with Hazelnut Praliné Cream. Nevertheless, I only make Macarons for special occasions and only when I’m in a good mood. Like last week. And here you can see the results… ;P
Macarons are perfect any day of the year. In the morning, afternoon and at night. 24/7 365 Days! :P Why? Because they are super delicious and you can ‘adapt’ them to any time or year or season – in summer you make something with berries and in winter you can make them with typical Christmas flavors – for example like these here with gingery cookies – awesome, right? :)
Oh well – it seems I cannot stop baking this Easter Season… the Easter Egg Cookies I made last week should have been the last bake for my Easter Special, but then I found a recipe for this delicious Eierlikör Cake and had to bake it. And now these… ;)
OK – this is actually something I wanted to do for a long time – delicious macarons made with lots of eggs – pretty obvious bake for Easter, right?
