I’m a big fan of everything chocolate. If you take a look at many of my recipes here you know… so getting a delicious (heart-shaped) Flourless Chocolate Cake like this one here would be simply awesome for me. Heart-shaped or not – I would love to get a cake like that one day. Unfortunately, nobody bakes for me. I don’t know it’s because I am a baker or because people don’t like me. I hope it’s because I bake a lot myself ;P

The day I publish this recipe is not on Valentine’s Day and there are 364 days a year that are also not Valentine’s Day… so the chances are slim that today is Valentine’s Day ;) Aaaanyway. If you want to surprise a loved one with something nice (and I don’t mean flowers) you might want to think about to show your love in shape of a Chocolate Heart Cake. Sounds obvious, right?! ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
