Today I have something very berry for you! Little tartlets with a mascarpone filling, a layer of wild berries and a delicious creamy and sweet meringue topping. If you’re nor drooling by now, I don’t know what went wrong… ;P
I am definitely craving for one of that tartlets right now – but I have had several of those already, so I know what kind of deliciousness is coming up ;)
I can hear some people complaining already in the back…. whaat?! Rhubarb?! Is that in season right now? Nooooo! Well – what can I say?! Rhubarb can ALWAYS be in season! How? Let me tell you…
There is an almost endless supply of Christmas cookie recipes out there. We love to bake the classics and these Raspberry Amarettini Xmas Cookies definitely belong in that category. Easy to prepare and really delicious little fellas. Thanks to the jam in the center of the cookies they last quite a bit… if you can hold back and not eat all of them immediately ;P
This kind of cookies have a lot of names here in Germany: Spitzbuben, Hildabrötchen or Linzer Plätzchen for example… the recipes vary a bit by the amount of the ingredients or what kind of jam/marmalade is used – but basically, they all look the same: D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S ;)
Every Halloween Party needs some creepy cupcakes – right? Here are some cupcakes that definitely match this description ;)
