Last week I celebrated five years of Cookie Friday. Theoretically, I could have posted these Gluten-free Chocolate Chip Cookies for that special day, but I saved the recipe for this week here because it fits perfectly into the “American Week” and the cookies are definitely a delicious snack for tomorrow’s 4th of July ;)

Well… what can I say? These gluten-free Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies are to die for! There have not been many cookie recipes this lately where I’ve devoured the result as I did here. Easter is over – let’s get back to business ;) I hope you had a good time and you could spend some nice days with your family or friends – of course, only within the allowed limits and restrictions. Don’t forget those 6 feet distance at the dinner table ;) Easter was very quiet for us this year, but I was able to bake a few things… which none of them will end up on this blog here ;) This delicious (Keto) Lemon Poppy Seed Bundt Cake here was made some time before Easter and did not survive until the weekend. Well… in case you still have problems organizing flour, you can try this cake here. No flour needed – almonds are used as a substitute here.

The use of regular flour is problematic for some people out there – it’s called gluten intolerance aka. celiac disease. Dealing with this disease can be quite challenging. No matter what the reason is in the end – there are many ways bake something without flour. Actually really nice things – that’s why I made a little list with some of my favorite recipes that work without flour.

Today’s Cookie Friday recipe is a classic Snickerdoodle turned into somewhat slightly healthier Snickerdoodle – let’s say it that way ;) Delicious Keto Snickerdoodles made without any white sugar nor flour. If you want to cut back on sugar or have problems with gluten – these cookies might be the right cookies for you… besides tasting really nice, of course ;)

Quite an ugly berry to be honest with that green flesh and that big round thing in the middle, but hey… everybody can be whatever he/she wants ;) This means today I got some Brownies with berries for you aka. Avocado Chocolate Brownies!
Hi, my name is Marc. I'm a graphic designer.
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
