Es gibt hier auf dem Blog nicht sonderlich viele Rezepte mit Aprikosen – sollte man vielleicht irgendwann einmal ändern. Dieser leckere Aprikosen Streusel Käsekuchen ist allerdings ein sehr gutes Beispiel dafür, was man mit Aprikosen anstellen kann. Die kleinen, schmackhaften Früchtchen eignen sich nämlich richtig prima zum Backen! Ich frage mich echt, warum wir bisher so wenig damit gebacken haben. ;P

Ich liebe meinen Job, zwischendurch bin ich aber gerne in der Küche und probiere neue Sachen aus. Viele meiner Freunde und Kollegen ermutigen mich zum Backen - aus einem relativ einfachen Grund: Sobald ich etwas backe, bekommen sie das was übrig bleibt - und so wie es scheint, mögen sie das auch meistens ;)
