Hi everyone! I’ve got another gust on my blog today to help me out with my blog event RE•CREATE: Stephanie from Meine Küchenschlacht is taking over today and showing one of her recipes she made once more for the blog event. Delicious little apple pies baked in a glass jars. Sounds great, right? You can count me in for sure! :)
Sometimes there is not much time for baking. I guess you all experienced that already at some point. No time for exessive preparations or time to let something rise or chill. Every minute counts ;) That’s why I have a nice and easy apple cake for you today. If you are still looking for an easy cake for Easter – this is the one to bake!
Take a seat and lets have a cup of tea! The weather outside is more than perfect to get cosy at home. Wet and cold… brrrr. The only thing that really helps here is a warm beverage and maybe something little to eat… I have a delicious apple strudel to offer today – maybe that one?

Apple Pie meets Cupcake! As you all probably know, I am a big fan of cupcakes. Huge fan! That’s why I try to combine cupcakes with other things I love – for example with an apple pie! Not a bad combination. Ok – let me re-phrase: A kick-ass-good combination! ;)
Last week I showed you healthy vegan summer rolls – now I am back already to the sweet stuff… what can I say – I could not resist these Apple Pie Spring Rolls! Impossible! ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
