I have the feeling that everyone already knows these Super Easy Christmas Cookies aka. Vanilla Traumstücke. There are so many recipes out there for these simple cookies, I think I’ve seen hundreds of recipes over the years… but I’ve never made them myself until last year. But what can I say – they are so delicious! The question remains – why did I wait so long to bake them?! I don’t know! ;)
For a long time, I was reluctant to bake a delicious tart like this one here. I was always a bit afraid of making something like this Pear Tarte Tatin or other tarts of this category. Super tasty, extremely decorative, but also made with caramel… which can be tricky sometimes. I was really a bit nervous when making a Tarte Tatin for the first time. But once you’ve baked your first one, it’s all not that bad. The preparation is actually quite simple ;P
As a diabetic, I always have to keep an eye on what I eat. In theory, I can eat anything, but some foods can cause problems. First and foremost, of course, anything with too much sugar added. That’s why I like to fall back on sugar-free or sugar-reduced alternatives – or I come up with something at home without added sugar. This Strawberry Vanilla Jam is made with (almost) no added sugar. Great, if you want to eat less of that white stuff ;P
Some people think that bundt cakes are boring, I have the feeling. I can not agree with that, of course. If I had the same opinion there would not be that many bundt cake recipes here on the blog ;P I love bundt cakes aka. Gugelhupf. They are usually quite easy to prepare and easy to decorate. A nice glaze and something sprinkled on top is all you have to do to get a good-looking cake ;) Or do you want to say something different about this Simple & Easy Vanilla Bundt Cake with Raspberries? If you got something to say, take a step forward… I have a big wooden spoon ready. Just saying ;P
If you take a look at the pictures you might think »Is that still ok? It’s so green!« ;P Well.. the answer is »yes«, it’s absolutely ok and the color is intentional! If you are coming from Google because you searched the term »Pandan« you will know what’s happening, I assume. This is a delicious Spinach Pandan Loaf Cake. Not the usual box cake your grandma normally puts on the table but certainly no less delicious! ;)

I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
