Pink Mother’s Day (Red Velvet) Cake

Mother’s Day is coming up soon again – as a good son or daughter you want to make this day special for your mom. Maybe even make her happy for once ;P A gift mothers often get on this day is flowers. I prefer baking something, to be honest. Something like this Pink (Red Velvet) Mother’s Day Cake. I did not make this one here for my mom (she lives far away), but I am pretty sure she would have liked it… even though it’s pink ;P

Mother’s Day is coming up soon – I hope you all out there have the opportunity to see your mothers this year. Times are tough right now. In case you are able to see your family and mom on Mother’s Day, I recommend baking something for your mom instead of buying flowers. This is a baking blog here – of course – I will always recommend baking something like cakes or cupcakes ;P Flowers are much nicer to look at in the garden anyway instead of being cut off on a table… So who can I offer the first slice of this Raspberry Ombre Cheesecake Charlotte? ;)

Mother’s day is coming up. Here in Germany it’s pretty common to bring your beloved mom some flowers and something to eat – e.g. cake or sweets… or even better: something you made yourself to show your love! Mostly if you’re bit younger and don’t have money to spend on gifts – yes I’m talking about all those ugly drawings your mother loved no matter what ;))
