It’s time for some chocolate! I haven’t used chocolate in a long time for Cookie Friday. Such a shame ;) Let’s make everything right today by using the double amount of chocolate as well as some Nutella (and coconut flakes) – what do we get? Double Chocolate Coconut Cookies with Nutella Filling!
Another month passed since the last “Bake Together – The Baking Surprise”. It seems time is running faster lately :P Well… a new month and a new recipe – here and on Andrea’s blog Zimtkeks & Apfeltarte! This time we decided to make something with coconut!
Well – you don’t need real coconuts to make this Coconut Banana Cream Pie, canned coconut milk is fine here. No need to go to the garden and climb the next coconut tree :P
Ok folks – grab some coconuts, one of that skirts made out of palm leaves and maybe one or two cocktails. I am bringing the cake or better said pie. Let’s have a tropical themed party! You might have to turn on the heaters, but that’s ok, right? ;)

Last week was a bit crazy – Cookie Friday had to be cancelled here and move to Facebook – finally things are more or less back to normal and I can show you again some nice cookies. Well – to be honest – they are the same I wanted to post last week. Thought you should be able to get the recipe properly as usual. So today we have Maple Walnut Oatmeal Cookies!
What about a nice quiche or tart for dinner? Sounds good, right? Better than order a pizza or take out from the asian restaurant around the corner :P
I can hear somebody saying in the back “…but I get my food much faster with them!” Well – not really. At least not all the time ;) My pizza service or the sushi restaurant sometimes need more than an hour to deliver…. so?! Let’s make a delicious tart with fennel and coconut. If you do some preparations ahead of time, this one is done even faster…
