Is there anything better than combining two delicious cakes and creating something that’s even better than was there originally? Carrot cake is delicious on its own, so is cheesecake. But what happens if you combine the two? The result is a super delicious (Baked) Carrot Cake Cheesecake that is better than the individual cakes on their own. Some might want to give this title to the famous New York Cheesecake, but for me, Basque Cheesecakes are simply the »best of the best«! Sorry, dear New Yorkers. Yours is a great runner-up ;P
Is there anything better than a delicious, creamy cheesecake? Absolutely…! A delicious and creamy cheesecake with toppings! Like this Apple Streusel Cheesecake, for example. A classic American cheesecake with a cookie base that got an apple compote and streusel topping. The combination is an absolute winner! ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
