Today we got a gnocchi dish that’s a bit different – instead of a savory meal, we have prepared a sweet dessert using simple potato gnocchi. Delicious Sweet Gnocchi with Damson Plum & Apple Compote. We also call it Gnocchi »Schmarrn« in honor of the classic Austrian dessert »Kaiserschmarrn« everybody knows. The two desserts are not really related, but close friends, let’s say it like that. ;P
We’ve all been there – you get invited somewhere and don’t really know what to bring as a little »thank-you gift«. We like to solve this problem with Homemade Chocolate Truffles, which you wrap up nicely and give to the hosts of the party. If you know what the recipient likes, you can customize and personalize these truffles very easily. The perfect gift!

In recent years, it has become quite popular to combine different baked goods and create something new. I’m combining two different cookies in one. Very simple. One side tastes like brownies and the other like salted caramel ;P
My grandma always said »I’m only here for the cake and the good vibes«. When I was a kid I did not understand, but now I totally get it ;P When you serve cake the mood of everyone normally gets much better. Immediately. That’s why I like to serve cake! Something like these Mini Chocolate & Caramel Cakes. Even though they are »mini cakes« you might want to share them with a loved one – they are normally a bit much for just one person ;P
If you are a chocoholic, your heart might have just skipped a beat looking at this delicious Coffee Cocoa Mousse Chocolate Cake. At least that’s what happens to me every time a cake like that is right in front of me ;) It’s an absolute showstopper with loads of chocolate. Layers of scrumptious coffee chocolate cake and in between a rich and creamy coffee cocoa chocolate mousse. So good!
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
