When it comes to Asian noodle dishes, a simple Pad Thai (with Chicken) is always at the top of our list. At least the traditional cooking recipes. ;P

When all kinds of veggies are in season in summer, it makes perfect sense to put them to good use, right? These simple One-Pot Summer Veggie Gnocchi are perfect if you want to »get rid« of a good amount of veggies and when in need of a quick and easy dinner. The ideal weeknight meal to feed a family without spending a lot of time in the kitchen (and also not breaking the bank). ;)
If you want to whip up dinner quickly after work, gnocchi, potato noodles, and other types of pasta are super convenient. Most of them can be bought pre-cooked in supermarkets these days – this means you only have to heat everything up quickly, add a quick sauce, and your dinner is ready almost instantly. These Quick Gnocchi & Meatballs in Tomato Sauce are on the table in about 20 minutes. Even a local delivery service would have a hard time keeping up with that… at least during rush hour, when everyone is ordering at the same time. ;P
