Cheesecake is something almost everybody likes. Today I got a really nice one for you… a delicious Orange & Chocolate Cheesecake. So good! Made with an Oreo chocolate crust, delicious cream cheese filling, and an orange jelly layer on top. It’s a cheesecake I am willing to bake even on a hot summer day when the temperatures in the kitchen are already very high… this cheesecake is so good I am OK with a little heat stroke. Just kidding ;P
Have you ever tried Magdalenas? If you’ve been to Spain, you probably had one of these little muffins already because they can be found in basically every supermarket, bakery, or coffee shop in Spain. Magdalenas are a very simple pastry, perfect for your breakfast coffee or along with an espresso just before your siesta. Well… or along with any other coffee throughout the day. Actually, you can eat them as a little snack around the clock whenever you want – even without a coffee ;P

This cake might look not very fancy, but it is definitely worth making! It is so damn delicious! The flavors from the orange and almonds are so good together! This Almond & Orange Cake is gone in no time every time I make it. ;) I wished that all loaf cakes were that good and delicious…
Before I actually had my first slice of a Madeira cake, I always thought this kind of cake has its origin on the island of Madeira and that it is flavored with Madeira wine… I mean, come on – that would make sense, right?! No it doesn’t ;) But it does not change the fact that this Madeira Bundt Cake is super delicious. That is proven! :P
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
