Today’s recipe for #CookieFriday is not really a “classic” cookie recipe. Actually not a cookie recipe at all, but these Caramel Nut Clusters are small, sweet, and delicious. I think they fit for #CookieFriday… somehow. Who cares – they are delicious. That’s all that counts! :P
Oh well… it seems I can’t live without chocolate cookies. So today we have some cookies with a good amount of chocolate – again ;) The chocolate is accompanied by some pecans and cornflakes. Happy Cookie Friday!
Today’s cookies are special. Something you probably don’t expect but perfect for Cookie Friday! Potato chips meet peanut butter and the result are crunchy cookies. Crazy? Well… ;)
I think most of you know banana bread in a different shape – more like a bread (who would have guessed) :P But not today. It’s time to try a smaller version – with streusel topping and walnuts. Sounds good, right?
I’ve posted a lot of brownie recipes recently and always claimed that these or those were the tastiest. ;) Well, those were the tastiest for a while. Then the next recipe came along and took it to the next level. Just like these brownies here – oh boy! That’s why I call them the Ultimate Brownies. That was obvious, right? ;))
T.G.I.C.F. – Thank God it’s Cookie Friday! The weekend is close and this means it is time to celebrate. Well… at least a bit. With cookies, of course! Fortunately, I got a fresh batch of cookies here for you. Some of my all-time favorite cookies: White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies! I am pretty sure I am not the only one loving these cookies… they are soo good!
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
