Green is quite popular when it comes to decoration around Christmas, right? The Christmas tree is green, green leaves to decorate walls and windows – it’s basically everywhere. Summer is still far away but that does not mean we cannot eat some ice cream here and there, right?! I own an ice cream maker for some time now – which means it’s quite obvious that we always have some ice cream in our freezer… and constantly eat ice cream. No matter how the weather is outside ;) Today I made some delicious Matcha Ice Cream – really good! Maybe not a flavor for everybody but definitely a favorite in our house since the first time I made it ;)
I haven’t baked with matcha for quite some time I think. My bad. You can create really nice bakes with matcha! Especially when combined with white chocolate… mmm! The best example for this kind of combination are these Matcha White Chocolate Cookies. Who would have guessed, right?! :P

I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
