Simple loaf cakes often do not get the attention they deserve. If you look at baking books or magazines you hardly find them. People prefer fancy cakes these days. I don’t. I love a rich and moist loaf cake packed with flavors like this Classic Chocolate Nut Loaf Cake. So good! How about you – do you like those cakes too?
I really love these Christmas cookies, but unfortunately, they are on my “do-not-eat-list”. That’s basically a “good or naughty” list like Santa has. Too much sugar means naughty in this case… and these little fellas are made with quite some sugar. Well… even though I still love them – our relationship is complicated right now ;) Anyway. If I can’t, it does not mean you can’t. If you share your problems, they get much smaller… so grab some of the Fairy Kisses with Toffifee and enjoy them – so I don’t eat them all ;)
It‘s Cookie Friday! Yay! You know what this means?! A fresh batch of delicious cookies for everyone! Well… everyone that is coming to my kitchen. I do not have a cookie delivery service. Yet :P Anyway. This time I got delicious sugar-free Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies for you. I start drooling instantly looking at the pictures. Fortunately, I have some of them in my freezer, so as soon as I am done here, I will defrost a couple of these beauties ;)
When it comes to counting calories, you should probably not start counting with this cake. There are plenty of them involved in this Nutella Loaf Cake. Nutella in the dough and as decoration on top. A Nutella lovers dream come true! ;) If you are one of those who does not like this particular spread, you can replace it with something else of course… but then it’s not a Nutella Cake anymore which would be a bummer :P
Do you like butter cookies? Those super-simple cookies your grandma probably offers when you are over for tea or coffee? My grandma did that at least… ;) I think these cookies do not get enough appreciation – that’s why I made a big batch of Butter Cookies with Chocolate and Hazelnuts so everyone can have a bite and enjoy them… ;)
Any people out there that like banana and/or banana bread? Well… come closer and grab one of these delicious sugar-free Banana Hazelnut Oats Cookies. If you like it not overly sweet for a change these cookies might be right for you. They are made without adding any sugar or sugar replacements. Healthy little fellas ;))
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
