Christmas is the time for Christmas cookies. Obviously. We love Christmas cookies, but now and then we are craving for something more substantial. Delicious cupcakes, like these Candy Cane Chocolate Cupcakes, for example. Others might recommend something savory to balance out all the sweet stuff, but this is a baking blog for sweet treats. Guess what you get from us. ;P
I made some cupcakes again. Finally ;) It’s been quite some time since I baked some of those little fellas. To celebrate the comeback of the cupcake, I offering you super delicious and mouthwatering German Chocolate Cupcakes with a coconut chocolate ganache filling. Soooooo good!
I’ve got another batch of cupcakes for you today. I haven’t made any for quite some time, now this is the second recipe within two weeks (the last ones were chocolate hi-hat cupcakes). Today I got some delicious vanilla cupcakes with a raspberry filling and a Swiss meringue buttercream topping. So good!

I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
