Do you like cupcakes? How about a delicious Walnut Chocolate Cupcake along with a cup of coffee? Sounds good, right?! We always have something baked in the house on the weekend – otherwise, the coffee breaks on the weekend would not be perfect ;) Some cookies would be fine as well, so you have something you can dip into the coffee, but if there are cupcakes… we choose the cupcakes, of course! ;P
Halloween is coming up soon and, of course, I could not resist baking a little sweet treat for this special day. Not because I’m going to celebrate with a party. My Halloween bakes are just for fun. Because I like to bake something spooky from time to time. If you’ve been here on the blog in previous years around Halloween, you have probably seen some of these bakes already. Today I got some delicious and only slightly creepy cupcakes for you. Delicious Audrey II Cupcakes from the musical „Litte Shop of Horrors“ – some of you probably heard of it ;)
Black Forest Cake is a classic German bake. Loved by many, hated by many others ;P Let’s put it that way – it’s a controversial cake. Turning that classic cake into cupcakes is probably even more controversial for some people. But I could not care less – the cupcakes are delicious and that’s all that counts ;P
Next Saturday, on November 14th, is World Diabetes Day – to draw some attention to this special day I decided to dedicate this week to sugar-reduced and sugar-free recipes. Recipes that are suitable for diabetics, but also good for everyone else ;) Some of you may know – I am a diabetic myself and for me, the topic is quite important ;) That’s why I thought I could show what you can do and how easy it is to reduce or omit the sugar in your diet. Today I’ll start with some delicious Carrot Cake Cupcakes – they are sugar-free and also gluten-free. Oh and really yummy! ;)
Once again I got a huge load of chocolate for you… not in chocolate bars but in delicious chocolate cupcakes! To be more precise – “Chocoholic” Chocolate Cupcakes. Delicious chocolate bombs that will make you drool… pretty sure about that. I mean – who can say “no” to such delicious little chocolate creations?! Nobody!
It’s cupcake time! Yay! Finally! It’s been a while since you got some cupcakes from me… that’s why I made some really really nice ones this time. To somehow compensate for the long waiting time ;) So today I got some delicious Vegan Chocolate Cupcakes with a (Ritter Sport) Sesame Chocolate Ganache Filling and Tahini Buttercream Topping. Awesome combination! I am pretty sure you will love it as much as I love it! If you make these fellas, of course! ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
