The “12 Days of Christmas Cookies” continues – who would have thought of that seeing these Classic Christmas Hazelnut Macaroons, right? ;) One of my favorite Christmas cookie bakes because I looooove me some hazelnuts. They should be on every baking list for Christmas… right next to Vanilla Crescents and Cinnamon Stars. Just saying ;)
It’s time again for a small change, no Christmas cookies today – we got enough of those the past few weeks. Today I got some nice supersized brownies for you. Delicious chocolaty sugar bombs that got a little Christmas upgrade. One of these XXL Christmas Brownies might be too much for one person – even for hardcore sugar and chocolate maniacs, but you can always share on of these brownies… as we all know “sharing is caring!” – especially around Christmas ;)
Today I got a last Christmas cookie recipe for you before the final countdown to Christmas starts. If you haven’t baked Christmas cookies yet, you are probably not in the mood for baking or hate Christmas cookies. Who knows. Everybody else – if you are still looking for some nice Christmas cookies check out these delicious Gingerbread Chocolate Nougat Crescent Cookies. They are super delicious and go well with all the other Christmas cookies I suppose ;)

I know that the weeks before Christmas are stressful for many people, so why making it harder with baking complicated Christmas cookies, right?! ;)
Are you already in the mood for Christmas and everything that comes with it? Maybe already tired of “Last Christmas” playing on the radio? ;) Well… not everybody is into that whole Christmas madness, but I am pretty sure that most people are into cheesecakes (marvelous jump from one topic to another, right?). This Vanilla Crescent Cheesecake is slightly “christmassy” because of the Christmas cookies on top but mostly “cheesecaky” and delicious. That’s the important message here :P
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
