This kind of coies have a lot of names here in Germany: Spitzbuben, Hildabrötchen or Linzer Plätzchen for example… the recipes vary a bit by the amount of the ingredients or what kind of jam/marmalade is used – but basically, they all lo the same: D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S ;)
If you like nuts, especially hazelnuts, you will definitely these cupcakes! They are bursting with nuts. Totally nuts, right?! Oh yeah… and there’s some chocolate and Nutella involved as well. I almost forgot to mention that. Sorry :P
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
