When Damson plums arrive at the farmer’s market or in the produce section of supermarkets, we are always very happy to see them! We love these purple fellas because they are very versatile when it comes to baking. We are huge raspberries fans and everything you can do with those berries. The little red-pink berries are really delicious! Whenever we can grab some (at a good price) from the farmers market, we love to make something delicious like this No-Bake Raspberry Cheesecake. Summer is the season for cherries. As soon as they hit the farmers market, we normally grab a basket and snack the first ones on the way home already. What’s left, often ends up in a compote.
