Now and then, trends from the US make it to Germany. This time a trend came to us in the shape of delicious cookies. Oversized, sweet cookies that are often decorated with some kind of cream or other toppings. Some might know these trendy cookies already: Crumbl Cookies ;P These delicious Tiramisu Cookies with Mascarpone Cream on top are a typical example of these XXL cookies. The question now is… who wants one of them? ;))
Tiramisu is probably the most famous Italian dessert. Delicious mascarpone cream, ladyfingers, and a mixture of strong coffee or espresso plus something boozy. When it comes to the boozy part opinions are divided – Marsala, Amaretto, or something completely different?! Some people are quite sensitive if their favorite dessert is prepared incorrectly. This No-Bake Tiramisu Cheesecake will probably also cause a lot of controversy in the comments. How can you make a cake like that out of a classic dessert? That’s horrible! ;P
Tiramisu is a classic dessert from Italy. I’m not sure if the Italians are super happy with this Pumpkin Tiramisu… it has many of the typical ingredients but is quite different. Maybe they should just try. It might not be 100% true to the original but it is still a delicious dessert. For sure ;P
Since I was a kid pancakes or as we call it “Pfannkuchen” were among my favorite dishes. My mom normally made them on the weekends and we ate them rolled up with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. So good! But times change so do habits – pancakes are not rolled up anymore but stacked ;) For breakfast 2-3 are probably fine but for a Tiramisu Crêpes Cake, you need some more :P

Hello out there and welcome to my little baking blog. This will be my first post. Yay! It took quite a while for me to decide which recipe to start with – at the end it was pretty easy because this was the only one, I had some (more or less) good pictures to use ;)
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
