Happy Cookie Friday! Are you ready for a fresh batch of cookies? The strawberry season just started, so why not making some delicious cookies with strawberries? Not a bad idea, right?! What do you think? How about some delicious Strawberry Shortcake Cookies? I start drooling already just looking at the pictures – but to be honest – I have eaten many of these cookies, so I know how good they are ;P
Mother’s Day is happening next Sunday – time to think about whether to get some flowers or to invest some time to make mom something delicious. As you can probably imagine, I ALWAYS go for the second option…. who would have thought ;) So, if you want to rattle the mixing bowls as well and bake your mom a delicious cake, here’s a little cake I think she (and you) will love: a Japanese Strawberry Shortcake Cake with Baileys Strawberries & Cream. So many good things coming together in one little (giant) cake ;)
It’s strawberry season and you get those little red fellas everywhere. I guess it’s quite obvious to make something with them :P That’s why I decided to make an American classic when it comes to strawberries: Strawberry Shortcake!
Do you like strawberries? Do you like simple shortcakes? Well… I assume you also like Strawberry Shortcake (Cupcakes) then ;) They are easy to make and will definitely make many people happy. For sure!
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
