Description

A delicious and refreshing treat in summer: Watermelon Kiwi Popsicles are our favorite refresher on a hot day. So easy to make and so cute to look at.

Ingredients

Scale

3 kiwis
1/2 seedless watermelon (about 3 1/2 cups)
3-4 tsp. sugar (or some drops sweetener)

Instructions

1. Peel the kiwi and put together with 2-3 tsp. sugar (or some sweetener) to a blender and blend until smooth. Fill into the popsicle molds so they are about 1/4 filled. Place them in the freezer for about 1 hour so it firms up a bit.

2. Cut the watermelon into cubes (remove any white flesh or seeds) and add together with 1-2 tsp. sugar (or some sweetener) to a blender and blend until smooth. Fill the popsicle molds with the kiwi on the bottom, place the wooden sticks in the center of the popsicles and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Notes

Enjoy freezin’!
