Description

Easy and sweet: Cookies ‘n’ Cream Chocolate Fudge with Oreo cookies.


Ingredients

18 oz. (500g) white chocolate, chopped
14 oz. (400g) sweetened condensed milk
12-14 Oreos, chopped

Instructions

1. Line a square baking tin (8×8 inches/20x20cm) with baking parchment and set aside. Chop the white chocolate and the Oreos coarsely.
 
2. Add the chopped chocolate to a microwave-safe bowl. Add the condensed milk and melt the mixture in the microwave in 20-second intervals until completely melted and smooth. Add the chopped Oreos and mix in. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking tin and smooth out the top. If you have some additional Oreos, you can press them into the mixture. Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours until the cookies ‘n’ cream fudge is cooled and firm. Cut into 25 pieces. Store in a cool place in a box with layers of parchment paper in between the fudge pieces.
