Description

We love preparing dinner in an Air Fryer – so quick and easy! Same can be said about this Air Fryer Gnocchi with Tomato, Spinach & Cheese. So good!

Ingredients

Scale

21 oz. (600g) gnocchi (refrigerated)
7 oz. (200g) frozen spinach
5.3 oz. (150g) cherry tomatoes, halved
7 oz. (200g) sour cream
1/2 cup (120ml) veggie broth
1 tspdried oregano*
1/2 tspcayenne pepper*
1/2 tspdried thyme*
salt, pepper
1 small oven cheese (6.3 oz. /180g)
some olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

1. Add the gnocchi to the basket of your air fryer (without any wire rack or similar). Distribute the frozen spinach and halved cherry tomatoes evenly on top.

2. Mix the sour cream with the veggie broth, then season with oregano, cayenne pepper, thyme, and some salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the gnocchi and veggies.

3. Remove the oven cheese from its packaging and make deep crosswise cuts in the surface. Place it on top of the gnocchi and veggies, drizzle it with a little olive oil, and then bake/air fry everything at a temperature of 175°C (347°F) for about 20-22 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the power of your air fryer. Stir the gnocchi, veggies, and cheese several times during the cooking process to ensure everything heats up evenly and cooks properly. Season with some additional salt and pepper to your liking before serving.
