Description

Caesar Salad is a classic salad with a lot of fans – making the dressing at home is super easy. Much better than anything you can get in stores. ;P


Ingredients

Scale

12 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tspanchovy paste*
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1 tspDijon mustard* (or hot mustard)
1 tspWorcestershire Sauce*
9 oz. (250gmayonnaise*
1.8 oz. (50g) Parmesan cheese, finely grated
salt, pepper


Instructions

1. Peel and finely chop the garlic or press it through a garlic press*. Mix with the anchovy paste, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and Worcestershire Sauce in a small bowl.

2. Add the mayonnaise and grated Parmesan, mix well, and season with salt and pepper to your liking. The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
