Description

We love homemade granola for breakfast. This one here is a baked chocolate granola made with an air fryer. Easy to prepare and really delicious!

Ingredients

Scale

2.6 oz. (75gspelt flakes*
2.6 oz. (75grolled oats*
0.5 oz. (15g) almonds or hazelnuts*, sliced
2 tbspmixed seeds*
1 tbspcocoa powder*
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tspvanilla powder*
1.8 oz. (50gorganic coconut oil*, melted
1.8 oz. (50gmaple syrup* (or honey)

1.8 oz. (50g) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped

Instructions

1. Mix the spelt flakes, rolled oats, sliced almonds or hazelnuts, mixed seeds, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla powder in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil briefly in the microwave, then add it to the bowl along with the maple syrup and mix until well combined. The mixture should look evenly wet and chocolatey.

2. Set the Air Fryer to a temperature of 170°C (340°F). Line the basket with baking paper* and spread the granola evenly on the baking paper. If you only have limited space in your Air Fryer, you may need to bake in two batches. Bake the granola for about 10-12 minutes. Mix the granola repeatedly so it gets evenly baked. Remove the baked granola from the Air Fryer and let it cool down completely.

3. Mix the cooled granola with the chopped chocolate and store it in a well-sealing glass jar or similar container. The granola should be good to eat for at least two weeks, if stored properly.
