Description

If you got a puppy at home, you might want to surprise him/her with some homemade doggie cookies ;)

Ingredients

6.7 oz. (190g) wholemeal spelt flour
6.7 oz. (190g) baby food carrot & potato (without salt!)
1 tbsp. peanut butter

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set aside.

2. Add flour, baby food, and peanut butter to a mixing bowl and mix/knead until you get a nice (and wet) dough. Roll out (not too thin) on a well-floured surface and cut out as many biscuits (e.g. dog bones*) as possible. Collect the scraps and roll out again to cut out more cookies. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes – they should be quite dry and crunchy. Take out of the oven and let cool down completely on a wire rack.

Notes

Enjoy baking!
