Description

Simple and easy to prepare – these little chocolates are made with an ice cube tray. The perfect snack if you want something sweet.

Ingredients

Scale

7 oz. (200g) semi-sweet chocolate (vegan)
some dried fruits, chopped
some nuts (mixed), chopped
some dried Goji berries

1 silicone ice cube tray*

Instructions

1. Chop the dried fruits and nuts coarsely. Set aside.

2. Chop the chocolate and add it to a microwave-safe bowl. Melt carefully in the microwave. Do not overheat the chocolate! Pour the melted chocolate into the molds of a silicone ice cube tray* and let it cool down for a few minutes – you don’t want the chocolate to harden but thicken slightly. Add the chopped dried fruits, nuts, and Goji berries and press them slightly into the chocolate. Set aside, so the chocolate can harden completely. If you are in a hurry, place the ice cube tray in the fridge to cool down the chocolate.

3. Remove the chocolates from the molds and serve (or wrap for gifting).
