Ingredients

- 1⁄2 cup (120ml) chicken stock
- 1 cup (240ml) cider vinegar
- 1 cup (240ml) balsamico vinegar
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
- 3⁄4 cup (180ml) ketchup
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. smoked paprika
- 3⁄4 tsp. smoked salt
- 1⁄2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1⁄2 tsp. onion powder
- 1⁄4 tsp. chili powder or cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a saucepan and let boil over medium heat until the sauce is reduced to 1/3 of the original amount – this takes about 30 minutes.
