Description

Wraps are a great and delicious snack or even dinner in summer. Here we got some chicken wraps with homemade guacamole! So good!

Ingredients

Scale

For the fried chicken:
some oil for frying
1 chicken breast (about 400g / 14 oz.)
1-2 stems of cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
salt, pepper

For the sour cream sauce:
1/4 cup (60g) sour cream
1 garlic clove, mashed
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. vegetable oil
salt, pepper

For the chicken wraps:
4 large flour tortillas* (soft)
2 tomatoes, diced
4-5 tbsp. guacamole
some crushed tortilla chips*

Instructions

1. Clean and dry the chicken. Add the chopped cilantro, oil, lime juice, and some salt and pepper to a bowl, add the chicken and let it marinate for about 30 minutes. When done marinating, fry it in a hot frying pan with some oil. Remove from the pan, let cool down a bit and then cut into slices.

2. For the sour cream sauce, mix the sour cream with the mashed garlic, cilantro, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

3. To assemble the wraps, warm the tortillas (on the stove or in the microwave), add 1/4 of the sour cream sauce on each tortilla, top with the chicken, diced tomatoes, guacamole, and crushed tortilla chips. Wrap and serve with some additional tortilla chips.
