Description

Sometimes you need a boost of energy – luckily there’s something like these Cinnamon Energy Balls (vegan & free of refined sugar). So delicious!

Ingredients

Scale

3.5 oz. (100g) rolled oats
5.3 oz. (150g) soft dates, pitted
1 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

1. Add the rolled oats to a food processor/mixer and mix on high until the oats look like coarse flour. Add the soft dates, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt, and continue mixing until you get fine and sticky crumbs. The crumbs should stick together if you press them together. If it’s too crumbly, add 1 tsp. warm water and mix a bit longer.

2. Shape the dough into 10 balls and keep them in the fridge (for up to 5 days). If you like it a bit sweeter, you can roll them in some cinnamon sugar as well.

Notes

Enjoy baking!
