Description

If it gets hot in summer, these popsicles are here to refresh you. They are based on a drink called Green Beast and made with a tiny bit of absinthe ;)

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup (360ml) water
1/3 cup (80ml) fresh lime juice
1/4 cup (60ml) lime syrup
1/4 cup (60ml) absinthe
cucumber slices

Instructions

1. Mix the water with lime juice, lime syrup, and absinthe. Fill into popsicle molds and place the cucumber slices inside the molds. Place in the freezer for about 1 1/2 hours, then stick the wooden sticks into the half-frozen popsicles and continue freezing them for at least 6 hours.

2. To get the popsicles out, put the mold into some warm water – that helps to release the ice.

Notes

Enjoy freezin’!
