Ja genau, es ist mal wieder Cookie Friday! Wie schnell die Woche doch immer vergeht ;) Wie auch schon in den letzten Wochen, hab ich heute wieder einen ganz lieben Gast bei mir – dazu aber gleich mehr – schaut Euch erstmal diese tolle Foto an! :)
Ein paar saftige doppelt schokoladige Brownies irgendwer? Niemand? Nun gut – ich kann die Pfanne auch alleine verdrücken! :P

These little fellas are juicy-fruty-chocolaty-chewy-delicious. I made them with fresh cherries, but you can also use frozen ones or out of a glass. Just make sure they are defrosted and/or drained well. The more moisture the dough has, the longer they have to bake. READ MORE
It’s Nutella time again! YES! YES! YES!
Nutella makes you happy – as well as these rich delicious Nutella Fudge Brownies. At least that’s what I tell myself and ignore all the calories that are incorporated in these little beauties ;) There is not much more to tell – they are gooey, sticky, sweet, simply delicious – a chocolate-nutella bomb that will explode in your mouth (as soon as you managed to get it off your fingers). Be warned!!! (imagine some scary music, soundfx and an evil laughter)
Ich liebe meinen Job, zwischendurch bin ich aber gerne in der Küche und probiere neue Sachen aus. Viele meiner Freunde und Kollegen ermutigen mich zum Backen - aus einem relativ einfachen Grund: Sobald ich etwas backe, bekommen sie das was übrig bleibt - und so wie es scheint, mögen sie das auch meistens ;)
