Bad Weather Smoothie

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 japanese persimmon (kaki)
  • 1 cup (240g) pumpkin puree
  • juice of 2 oranges
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp. chia seeds
  • water

Instructions

  1. Add the chia seeds and 2-3 tablespoons water to a mixer and let them soak for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile cut the kaki into pieces (peel before if you like, but not necessary) and juice the oranges and lemon. Add everyhting together with the pumpkin puree to the mixer and mix until smooth. Add water to get the desired consistency of your smoothie.
