Are you already in the mood for some cookies?! It’s Cookie Friday and I got some delicious cookies for you… you’re not surprised I see ;) Well… I am pretty sure you will love these Maple Pecan Cookies as much as I do!
I promised a lot of chocolate this week. Yesterday I made a little exception from this statement… just because carrot cake ice cream does not have any chocolate in it… but it was hot here in Berlin, so I needed some cool ice cream :P Anyway – no chocolate yesterday, so today you get twice the amount with these delicious Double Chocolate Cookies! Deal?! ;)
The weekend is almost there! Yay! Only a short time and most of us can enjoy two days of relaxing! Not me, cause I have to bake many things, but hopefully you out there ;) So let’s celebrate those free time with some cookies, shall we?! I’ve got some super easy to prepare Ginger Snap Cookies today – delicious little fellas ;)
It’s Friday and you know what this means! It’s Cookie Friday! Yay!!! It is my favorite day of the week for many years now… and not only because the weekend starts today ;) I am a big fan of cookies and having these little fellas each Friday here on the blog makes me happy! Others too it seems, cause I have a guest today! Jenny from “Jenny is baking” brought some Peanut Butter Cookies with Chocolate Chunks for us to munch….!
If you have been to the US you probably know them already: S’mores. A delicious sweet treat you either love or hate (it’s very sweet and sticky, let’s be honest). To make this treat more suitable for everyone, I decided to incorporate the ingredients into cookies to create sweet and addictive S’mores Cookies! So good!
Normally plain chocolate cookies are my thing to go for. Sometimes they are not enough. Sometimes I need cookies with an extra kick. For those days I make these Espresso Brownie Cookies with Fleur de Sel. Delicious little fellas with a little extra caffeine kick ;)
Hi, my name is Marc. I'm a graphic designer.
I love my job, but in between I love to bake and try new things in the kitchen. A lot of my friends and colleagues encourage me to bake - for a very simple reason: they get the leftovers - and it seems they like it most of the time ;)
